★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beurre "Massaux" acheté chez Match pour confectionner des galettes. Vu le prix (plus de 7 € pour 500 gr), je m'attendais à un beurre de bonne qualité. J'ai trouvé l'odeur bizarre en déballant (pas une odeur de beurre rance, mais difficilement définissable, peut-être d'huile végétale), et elle n'a fait que se renforcer à la cuisson et laisser aux galettes un arrière-goût déplaisant. Je ne suis pas près d'en reprendre. Je déconseille fortement.
"Massaux" butter bought from Match to make pancakes. Considering the price (over 7 € for 500 gr), I expected good quality butter. I found the odor weird when unwrapping (not a smell of rancid butter, but difficult to define, maybe vegetable oil), and it only got stronger when cooked and left the patties a back- unpleasant taste. I am not about to take any more. I strongly advise against.
