★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Client depuis plus de 20 ans chez agora, le personnel a toujours été très sympathique rien à redire mais ce matin, un monsieur était assis sur les tables haute avec une autre personne sans masque et à notre arrivée nous dit « bonjour » nous lui avons répondu mais évidement avec le masque et étant à plus de 6m de lui, il n’a apparemment pas entendu notre réponse et n’a pas apprécié nos têtes il n’a pas hésité à venir nous faire la réflexion alors que nous lui avions répondu, nous as demandé notre carte agora, notre nom,... nous avons jamais été aussi mal accueillis ! Nous sommes nous mêmes commerçant et jamais nous oserions parler ainsi à nos clients!
Customer for over 20 years at agora, the staff have always been very friendly no complaints but this morning, a gentleman was seated on the high tables with another person without a mask and when we arrived said "hello" we answered him. but obviously with the mask and being more than 6m from him, he apparently did not hear our answer and did not appreciate our heads he did not hesitate to come and think about it when we had answered him, asked us for our agora card, our name, ... we have never been so badly received! We are ourselves a trader and we would never dare to speak like this to our customers!
