Rien à signaler sauf le fait qu'une partie de la caution a été retiré sans explication alors que nous avions pris soin de très bien nettoyer et désinfecter l'appartement. This is the 4th time that we have rented from your agency. Nothing to report except the fact that part of the deposit was withdrawn without explanation when we had taken care to clean and disinfect the apartment very well.
B	Broeck Broecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des voleurs, on a loué 1 semaine, l'appartement degueulasse on l'a laissé plus propre qu'on ne la reçu et ils nous on prélevé sur la caution 165€ de nettoyage des vitres !! Vitres degueulasses a notre arrivée et ils osent nous le faire payet le nettoyage alors qu'on n'est resté qu'une semaine.. s'ils facturent les vitres a chaque locataire sans jamais nettoyer ça c du bénéfice ! On a envoyé une plainte le 1er soir jamais eu de reponse et une plainte pour la caution jamais eu de reponse.. A fuir, ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires positifs c du pipo... 2 eme avis que je poste vu qu'ils ont effacé le 1er hahhaah Thieves, we rented 1 week, the disgusting apartment we left cleaner than we received and they took us from the € 165 deposit for window cleaning !! Disgusting windows on our arrival and they dare to make us pay for the cleaning even though we only stayed a week .. if they charge the windows to each tenant without ever cleaning that is a profit! We sent a complaint on the 1st evening never had an answer and a complaint for the deposit never had an answer .. To avoid, do not be fooled by the positive comments c of the pipo ... 2nd opinion that I post since they erased the 1st hahhaah

Demande 120€ pour nettoyer un appart 1 chambre et voyez ce que l'on trouve! Hygiène nul en plein covid c est mise en danger de la vie d'autruis. Perso je contacte les autorités. Le personnel d'acceuil est lui exeptionel, les" chefs" reste bien cachés a l'arrière. Absolutely not to be recommended. Disgusting apartment. Does nothing for customers. Shameful. 0/10 We give you the keys and get by. Ask 120 € to clean a 1 bedroom apartment and see what we find! No hygiene in the middle of covid is endangering the lives of others. Personally I contact the authorities. The reception staff is exceptional, the "chefs" remain well hidden behind.

Waarborg binnen de maand terug op rekening met een schadevergoeding omdat de douche niet naar behoren werkte. Alleen het appartement, gelijkvloers residentie Belvédère is niet echt een aanrader. Zeker niet geschikt voor 2 stellen, gezien douche in slaapkamer staat en bed in kast in een ruimte staat waar ook een gasboiler hangt. Ook nog houten ramen met enkel glas in slaapkamer en wc. Koud. Lawaaierige blok. Maat daar kan agence niets aan doen. Friendly welcome. Sufficient information about apartment. Deposit back on account within a month with compensation because the shower did not work properly. Only the apartment, ground floor residence Belvédère is not really recommended. Certainly not suitable for 2 couples, as the shower is in the bedroom and the bed in the closet is in a room where there is also a gas boiler. Also wooden windows with single glazing in bedroom and toilet. Cold. Noisy block. But there's nothing agency can do about that.

Nous avons récupéré l'entièreté de la caution après 3 semaines. Le petit plus très appréciable, le chauffage était allumé à notre arrivée. Stay during the carnival school holidays. Welcome to the agency. Apartment quite correct. We got the full deposit back after 3 weeks. The little extra very appreciable, the heating was on when we arrived.

At the end of our stay, we cleaned it thoroughly and it was a lot cleaner than when we got it... but guess what: they charged us a cleaning bill and kept our deposit! We complained but they just ignored us... We use another agency now. I see in the reviews here that it happened to other people. I also see that Mulier stupidly replies to the negative reviews saying they can't find the customer in their customer database... Well, Mulier, you won't find me either, like most people here I use a Google nickname.
