i	inge Van de Geuchte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denk da ze het woord menselijk eens moeten opzoeken, denk niet da ze het woord snappen. Ben nog nooit zo slecht behandeld geweest echt op een boertige manier. En dit 2 keer. 4/10/2019 na een telefoontje met excuses en de vraag of we nog steeds interesse hadden werd ons toch een kijkdag aan geboden daar aan gekomen werden we ontvangen door een vriendelijke mevr. Die ons spijtig genoeg niets over het huis kon vertellen. Want ze moest eerst haar collega om informatie vragen. Aangezien dat deze dame het van haar collega heeft over gepakt. Maar als we geduld hadden kwam hare collega naar daar met andere mensen. Geef dan gewoon toe dat je ons geen rondleiding wil geven. Dus wij vertrekken daar en haar collega komt erop gereden dus wij aan de kant tussen de bosjes deze dame nam gewoon haar bocht zodat ze nipt mijn zoontje ni raakte. En dan nog eens vettig kijkt omdat we er stonden. Dus deze immo kent het woordje menselijk nog steeds niet. Think that they should look up the word human, don't think that they understand the word. I have never been treated so badly in a wry way. And this twice. 4/10/2019 after a phone call with apologies and the question if we were still interested we were offered a viewing day, we were welcomed by a friendly mrs. Unfortunately, we couldn't tell us anything about the house. Because she first had to ask her colleague for information. Since this lady has copied it from her colleague. But if we were patient, her colleague would come there with other people. Then simply admit that you do not want to give us a tour. So we leave there and her colleague comes on it so we on the side among the bushes this lady just took her turn so that she narrowly touched my son. And then another greasy look because we were there. So this immo still doesn't know the word human.

Als je het contact komt tekenen, wordt het netjes met je doorgenomen en uitgelegd en ook het ophalen van de sleutels gaat vrij eenvoudig, duidelijk en vlot. Al met al zou ik Aertsen als tussenpersoon/makelaar zeker aanraden! I found my new apartment through Aertsen Makelaars. Very responsive, 9 times out of 10 you get a very prompt response when you ask a question. When you come to sign the contact, it will be neatly discussed and explained with you and collecting the keys is also quite simple, clear and smooth. All in all, I would definitely recommend Aertsen as an intermediary/broker!

Alles binnen 15 minuten volledig duidelijk! Had contact with the broker regarding a lease concluded 7 years ago due to the death of the tenant. Very helpful and well documented! Everything completely clear within 15 minutes!
