Roos Blower studeerde Interieurvormgeving in Thomas More Mechelen. Ze behaalde haar diploma in 1998. Ze werkte voor A2D-architects en Polo-architects. In 2008 richtte ze met Koen Aerts (†) in Mechelen Aerts+Blower op, nu Blower Interieur.
Interieurvormgevers Kim Overath en Jara Verijke en architect Nico Vrijsen versterkten het team in de loop der jaren.
