Zeer duur en weinig resultaat. De reactietijd is erg traag, wat mij veel problemen bezorgde. Het is soms erg moeilijk om het gewoon aan de lijn te hebben. Mevrouw Nowé delegeert de meeste van haar taken en neemt een zeer grote winstmarge (~ 40%).
Bovendien factureert werkelijk alles, soms zelfs de administratie tegen het advocaattarief (170 €/u).

My experience :
Very expensive and little result. The response time is very slow, which caused me a lot of problems. Sometimes it is very difficult to just have it on the phone. Mrs. Nowé delegates most of her duties and takes a very large profit margin (~ 40%).
Moreover, really everything invoices, sometimes even the administration at the lawyer's rate (170 € / h).

Veel te kostelijk, geen communicatie niks, alles trekt op niks...
Eigenlijk betaal je voor niks, je kan evengoed u kachel op uw geld laten branden in plaats van hout.
1 star is too much 0 would be better.
Far too expensive, no communication nothing, everything draws to nothing...
Actually you pay for nothing, you can just as well burn your stove on your money instead of wood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour mon dossier, j'ai eu droit à un premier entretien pour son ouverture, depuis ce rendez-vous plus aucun contact avec elle, sauf des emails et une avocate remplaçante pour toutes mes audiences.
Au niveau facturation c'est excessivement cher par rapport à ce que j'ai eu comme information le premier jour. Il s'agit d'un dossier de 2017 et j'ai encore reçu une facture de 98euros pour une question d'archivage.
Le client n'est pas une pompe à fric, veuillez revoir vos engagements et informer votre client d'une sous traitance avant de prendre son dossier.
For my file, I was entitled to a first interview for its opening, since this meeting no more contact with her, except emails and a substitute lawyer for all my hearings.
In terms of invoicing, it is excessively expensive compared to what I had as information on the first day. This is a 2017 file and I still received an invoice for 98euros for an archiving issue.
The client is not a money pump, please review your commitments and inform your client of a subcontract before taking his file.
