★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je naar hen belt mag je al een geluk hebben dat ze daar opnemen. en als je dan iemand aan de lijn krijgt kunnen ze je u geen specifieke informatie geven en sturen ze je door naar een andere afdeling waar ze u al even min kunnen helpen. doet me beetje denken aan een overheids bedrijf .
If you call them you may already be lucky that they pick up there. and if you get someone on the line, they cannot give you specific information and they will send you to another department where they cannot help you any more. reminds me a bit of a government company.

Zeer teleurstellend!
The corona measures that everyone tries to observe as best as possible do not appear to be the case in the lessons.
