★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De gekende Delhaize kwaliteit met als toemaatje een excellente verstoog, niets dan lof daarover. Wij blijven hier echter weg omdat het systeem om de karretjes te ontsmetten voor geen meter werkt ... ik heb dit (én het feit dat het papier en ontsmettingsproduct op dat bewuste moment helaas op was) aangekaart bij de verantwoordelijke van de winkel : je moet volgens haar het product zelf met je (blote) handen uitsmeren op de handvatten van het karretje ... dit werd dan met een zucht en een scheve smoel uitgelegd. Sorry mevrouw, maar ik wil mijn karretje graag degelijk én VOLLEDIG ontsmetten, met papier en product graag ! Gelukkig stellen uw conculega's betere faciliteiten ter beschikking, zij hebben een vaste klant gewonnen en u verloor er eentje. Jammer, want we hebben jaren graag bij u en uw (overigens wél vriendelijk) personeel gewinkeld.
The well-known Delhaize quality with an excellent aid, nothing but praise for it. However, we will stay away from this because the system to disinfect the trolleys does not work for a meter ... I have raised this (and the fact that the paper and disinfection product was unfortunately used up at that particular moment) to the person in charge of the store: you have to according to her, smear the product with your (bare) hands on the handles of the trolley ... this was then explained with a sigh and a crooked face. Sorry madam, but I would like to disinfect my cart thoroughly AND FULLY, with paper and product please! Fortunately, your colleagues provide better facilities, they have won a regular and you lost one. A pity, because we have been happy to shop with you and your (by the way friendly) staff for years.
