It all depends on the course and the instructors, for my part, I had a bad experience with a instructor who went beyond her job ... So, my daughter never wanted to come back!

Une grande variété des choix de stages et d’activités de qualité (stage de carnaval: cirque et magie des sciences au top!) Ils ont une très bonne organisation et les animateurs et équipes sont toujours très accueillants et de bonne humeur! Mon fils avait fêté également son anniversaire en 2019 et c'était très sympa ! Bravo à vous ? Every time I register my children for the courses, they are delighted and ask for more ?! A wide variety of choices of quality courses and activities (carnival course: circus and magic of science at the top!) They are very well organized and the leaders and teams are always very welcoming and in a good mood! My son had also celebrated his birthday in 2019 and it was very nice! Well done to you ?

(Mon enfant qui a frequente le site de Woluwe St Lambert - Athenee Royal) me demandait souvent pourquoi certains animateurs utilisent des gros mots, quand ils parlent entre eux. Pour cette raison, nous n' avons plus reserve de stages chez Action Sport, malgre la proximite de le leur structure d accueil de notre domicile. Sports activities are ok. On the other hand, the language of some animators is not appropriate. (My child who frequented the Woluwe St Lambert - Athenee Royal site) often asked me why some animators use swear words when they talk to each other. For this reason, we have no longer reserved internships at Action Sport, despite the proximity of their host structure to our home.

D'ailleurs, malgré son inscription, je ne la remettrai pas la 2ème semaine. J'ai tenté de contacter le responsable qui ne m'a jamais recontacté. Manque total de professionnalisme. Go your way. Bad experience with my 3 year old daughter. I bitterly regret having included it. Moreover, despite its registration, I will not give it the 2nd week. I tried to contact the manager who never contacted me again. Total lack of professionalism.

J'ai inscrit mes filles en GRS, et bien l'année prochaine elles iront ailleurs. Quand on voit le prix de l'inscription, c'est honteux d'engager des profs qui passent leur temps sur leur téléphone au lieu d'aider l'enfant à progresser. Bref, c'est une garderie plus qu'autre chose. the lessons are given by young people who are not really trained in the sport they teach and who are not motivated to give lessons. I registered my daughters in GRS, and well next year they will go elsewhere. When you see the price of registration, it's shameful to hire teachers who spend their time on their phone instead of helping the child progress. In short, it's a daycare center more than anything else.

For services which were not provided since March 2020 they offered "compensation" which can only be used to buy more of their low-quality services. UPDATE: It took the organisation only nine months to reply to this review, excellent customer service!
