★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant staff, and store (almost) always looks tidy, so that you can easily find the items that are in stock. Keeping goods neatly sorted must involve some extra effort - compared to just shoving replenishment stock on the shelf, but from my point of view this makes the Action in Kontich the preferred general household goods store; They're followed at some distance by the IKEA in Wilrijk while former champions such as the HEMA (and the late Blokker-then-megaworld) just aren't considered anymore.
There is one point about Action.com : occasionally some really relatively-low price items fail to live up to expectations - what I like is how customer service people at the Kontich store respond to the complaint.
Realise I've not awarded many 5* yet, nor any 'low-star ratings' : "if you can't say something positive, please keep mum" is my motto here.
