★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCELLENCE: I hired Actimovers for an International removal. The total service was excellent from first email to the last package handled, at the final destination.
PRICE: Initialy, I chose Actimovers because they had a good competitive price for combined removal. After have received 6 quotes, Actimovers had the most attractive price, and a few options.
COMMUNICATION: when contacting their customer service through emails, I always received quick (almost immediate), informative, transparent, professional and friendly replies. Even after a few dozens emails from me with all kinds of questions and enquiries.
QUALITY: Once agreement was made, I was delivered a set of materials for packing and wraping: multiple boxes in different sizes (thick and sturdy carton), special tape and bubble wrap (for furnitures). All material were high quality and made my removal much safer and easier.
LOADING: Staff was on time with truck and lift. Also, very professional and friendly. They took care of inventory and made sure things were carefuly loaded into the truck.
UNLOADING: Different staff, same story. Arrival was much earlier than estimated and well communicated.
I highly recommend Actimovers for an International removal. 10/10.

They are keeping their promises, they are delivering on time, they are flexible and always available. We moved from the PT to BE, including a Smart, everything arrived as we loaded up. Their staff was super friendly, helpful. We were not fully ready on the moving day but they were very understanding, accomodating, and helpful to help us feel comfortable that our stuff was in good hands. Aby was very helpful and friendly the entire process. We will be recommending them to anyone moving!
