★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestion médiocre. Les aides-soignantes sont malades et on ne les remplace pas…résultat ce sont les résidents qui en paient le prix. Manque criant de personnel. Certaines personnes qui y travaillent sont cependant des perles qui font le travail de ceux/celles qui ne veulent pas travailler et ne s'en cachent pas le moins du monde. Belles infrastructures et activités variées. Avec une meilleure gestion, cette résidence pourrait vraiment être au top...dommage...
Poor management. The nursing assistants are sick and they are not replaced… as a result, it is the residents who pay the price. Critical lack of staff. Some people who work there, however, are pearls who do the work of those who do not want to work and do not hide in the slightest. Beautiful infrastructures and varied activities. With better management, this residence could really be at the top ... too bad ...
