De klantvriendelijkheid was ook op en top.. mijn zus heeft een oogmeting gedaan en dat ging vlot! Als je glazen er zijn kan je u bril direct laten maken voor wel een prijsje erbij. Maar als je niet van Hasselt bent is dat natuurlijk handig! Ben zeker blij met de bril en hopelijk nog lang geniet van! I recently bought a new pair of glasses at ace & tate and am happy with it! The customer-friendliness was also great ... my sister did an eye test and it went smoothly! If your glasses are there you can have your glasses made immediately for a price. But if you are not from Hasselt, that is of course handy! I am certainly happy with the glasses and hopefully enjoy for a long time to come!
M	MYRIAM BORGIONS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donderdag 25/2 bezoek gebracht in de zaak in Hasselt na consultatie bij de oogarts voor mijn man en mijzelf, ondanks op de deur max 4personen en in de winkel slechts 1persoon werdt ons de toegang geweigerd. Ik heb geantwoord dat ze niets zou verkopen aan 2 klanten en ik kreeg als antwoord is niet erg hoor. In tijden van crisis is Ace &tate en dikke zero!!! Thursday 25/2 I visited the shop in Hasselt after consultation with the ophthalmologist for my husband and myself, despite a maximum of 4 persons on the door and only 1 person in the shop, we were refused entry. I answered that she would not sell anything to 2 customers and I received the answer is not bad. In times of crisis Ace & tate is a big zero !!!

The friends of the sellers from the store in Hasselt, give reviews to get the rate up. This is really not okay for a company to do this. Frederick vervoort is a boyfriend of one of the sellers, it's not difficult to search this name on Facebook Guys.. he speaks about an eye test that was so great, that it lasted 20mins, while i was there, the eye test was no 20mins at all! The glasses look fragile too. It’s sad for a company do to this, if something isn’t good, change it, instead of giving a lot of reviews that are not from customers, just to get your rate up..

As an English speaker as well I found them very understanding and patient and also gave me good advice for the style of glasses to choose for myself. I have now been comfortably wearing my glasses every day and I am now so happy with my sight. Nothing but praise for this store! Thank you to the fantastic people who work there.
