J	Jean-Yves Hermans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait appel à la firme ACC via internet et après avoir comparé avec d'autres entreprises effectuant le nettoyage de la toiture et des gouttières. Nous sommes très satisfaits du résultat final malgré la météo qui n'était pas au rendez-vous. On se base évidemment uniquement sur le visuel mais la garantie de 7 ans octroyée par ACC nous rassure sur la durée dans le temps du travail accompli. Celui-ci a été réalisé de manière professionnelle par Kenzo et Bilal, équipe très complémentaire. Ceux-ci ne paraissent pas blasés par leur travail au quotidien et sont très respectueux avec le client et ne sont pas avares en explications . Nous n'hésiterons pas à refaire appel à leurs services et c'est déjà le cas d'ailleurs pour 2022 ;-) Notre voisine a d'ores et déjà sollicité un devis également après avoir vu le personnel à l'oeuvre. En outre, le prix est en-dessous de la moyenne du marché même si, à notre niveau, nous ne pouvons juger la qualité des produits utilisés. Un petit report de rendez-vous tardif a été le seul petit souci mais sans trop d'importance par rapport à tout le reste. Le patron est aussi très sérieux et semble mener avec rigueur la société tout en étant disponible pour ses clients. 9/10 :-) !!! We called on the firm ACC via the internet and after comparing with other companies cleaning roofs and gutters. We are very satisfied with the final result despite the bad weather. We are obviously only based on the visual but the 7-year warranty granted by ACC reassures us about the duration over time of the work accomplished. This was done professionally by Kenzo and Bilal, a very complementary team. They do not seem jaded by their daily work and are very respectful with the customer and are not stingy in explanations. We will not hesitate to call on their services again and this is already the case for 2022 ;-) Our neighbor has already requested a quote also after seeing the staff at work. In addition, the price is below the market average even if, at our level, we cannot judge the quality of the products used. A little postponement of a late appointment was the only small problem but not too important compared to everything else. The boss is also very serious and seems to lead the company with rigor while being available for his clients. 9/10 :-) !!!

De la personne qui vient faire votre devis, aux ouvriers, au patron, à la facturation: BRAVO! Du sérieux, professionnalisme irréprochable. Les ouvriers étaient à l'heure, n'ont rien laisser trainer derrière, tout était nickel à leur départ. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix! Ils ont donc traité, démoussé et nettoyé 1500m² de toiture et le travail s'est parfaitement déroulé du début jusqu'au nettoyage du chantier. Patron sur chantier qui est soucieux d'un travail de qualité et afin de rédiger un devis, ils ont recours à un drone permettant d'avoir une belle vue globale et actualisée de nos toitures. Nous recommandons donc les yeux fermés ACC SPRL After a market study, we opted for ACC SPRL in terms of customer contact, responsiveness and professionalism. They therefore treated, demossed and cleaned 1500m² of roofing and the work went perfectly from the beginning to the cleaning of the site. Boss on site who is concerned about quality work and in order to write an estimate, they use a drone to have a nice global and updated view of our roofs. We therefore recommend with closed eyes ACC SPRL

Nous avons apprécié la rapidité entre la visite du patron sur place, l’envoi du devis précis et détaillé, et la réalisation du travail.
