★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik lees veel comentaar over "de persoon" die daar werkt. Als ik zie hoe mensen soms uithalen naar zulke mensen begrijp ik best dat die wat minder enthousiast worden.
Persoonlijk kom ik al jaren bij het abvv te linkeroever en worden mijn zaken keurig op tijd en correct afgehandeld en dat is volgens mij het aller belangrijkste
I read a lot of comments about "the person" who works there. When I see how people sometimes lash at such people, I understand that they become less enthusiastic.
Personally, I have been coming to the abvv on the left bank for years and my affairs are handled properly and on time and that is, in my opinion, the most important thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier werkt er een heel raar persoon. Hij zegt nooit dag. Hij heeft geen beleefdheid. Je gemoedstoestand word veranderd als je hier naartoe gaat. Echt niet normaal. Een ster is ook te veel. Waroom vervangen ze hem niet met iemand die uw vragen normaal beantwoord?? We betalen om hulp te krijgen maar hij reageert alsof hij ons betaald. Echt niet normaal.
A very strange person is working here. He never says day. He has no courtesy. Your state of mind will change when you go here. Really not normal. A star is too much. Do not they replace waroom with someone who normally answers your questions? We pay to get help but he reacts as if he were paying us. Really not normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind het schandalig! We betalen lidgeld en krijgen geen gehoor, zowel telefonisch als op mail wordt niet gereageerd!!!!Ik heb al 80 keer gebeld en ook al enkele mail’s gestuurd!!!! dat begrijp ik echt niet !!! Het is geen gratis nummer naar waar we bellen dus kost geld!!
I think it's scandalous! We pay a membership fee and do not receive an answer, neither by phone nor on e-mail there is no response !!!! I have already called 80 times and also sent a few emails !!!! I really don't understand that !!! It is not a free number to which we call so it costs money !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even I dnt want to give that one star..the office is always close and phones are off...we betalen de membership elke maand voor nieks want wij krijgen geen help of als een document of iets van Kantor nodig. Sometimes with urgently case like documents or any other questions we have to go to office but it is close as always and to make appointments phone is off as always.
