★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent self defense (Mastro Defense System) and BJJ lessons from a black belt instructor with hands on experience. Friendly atmosphere and nice dojo. Regular seminars with Grandmaster Flavio Behring. If you're in the neighbourhood, you owe it to yourself to train there!
