G	Grégory Tooth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour, J'ai loué un appartement de vacance en Août 2018 par cette agence, quand je suis arrivé, il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans les chambres, il était sale, plus précisément du sable sur le sol, poussières, papiers alimentaires, du linge humide dans la machine à laver dégageant une odeur de moisis etc...... Etant en vacance, j'ai décidé de na pas le signaler à l'agence et de juste jeter le linge et ne pas nettoyer et d'en rester là. Après cela, je reçois à mon domicile la facture de décomptes me réclamant un forfait nettoyage + autres de 75 euros.......je m'en étonne et appel l'agence qui me dit froidement que l'appartement à été remis dans un état de saleté par ma faute.......il est important également de signaler que tout cela à engendré que j'ai quitter un jour plus tôt la location. J'explique par téléphone que je l'ai trouvé dans cet état là !!! Et on me répond qu'on va voir avec la personne qui gère les décomptes, une fois de plus sans aucune considération et courtoisie minimum.......Je ne manquerai pas de vous tenir informé de l’annulation ou pas des frais à mon égard par cette agence.......à suivre donc....... Jammer want heb er geen goed gevoel aan over gehouden First time through this Immo. Important info not passed on from an apartment we were going to rent. Too bad because I didn't have a good feeling about it
