Quand je vois que c'est lui, je vais à la concurrence (Total) qui est peut-être plus chers mais plus aimable ...
The cashier is rude, always on the phone, answers badly to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commande de Mazout effectuée ce 24/01 (internet) où j'ai été rappelé par une dame me disant qu'une facture allait m'être envoyée (elle devait sans doute avoir un souci au niveau de sa centrale car longues latences entre nos échanges)
Le dispositif de paiement électronique du chauffeur a, dixit, des "problèmes"...
N'ayant pas de nouvelle dudit mail, je retéléphone aujourd'hui et tombe sur son collègue me signalant n'avoir aucune trace de ma demande.
Ce n'est pas professionnel.
Contact pris auprès d'un autre fournisseur offrant un meilleur service et livraison garantie pour ce lundi. Heureusement.
L'on ne m'y reprendra plus.
Fuel oil order made on 01/24 (internet) where I was called back by a lady telling me that an invoice was going to be sent to me (she must have had a problem with her power station because of long latencies between our exchanges )
The driver's electronic payment device has, according to it, "problems"...
Having no news of the said email, I called again today and found his colleague telling me that he had no trace of my request.
It's not professional.
Contact made with another supplier offering better service and guaranteed delivery for this Monday. Fortunately.
I won't be caught again.
