★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quelle déception. Tout avait pourtant bien commencé, nous étions très contents des installations. Malheureusement, s'en est suivie toute une série d'erreurs d'entretien, de problèmes liés à leur service pour lesquels nous avons du payer des suppléments pour finir en apothéose avec l'oubli de la remise en fonction de la sirène de l'alarme après entretien (nous nous en sommes rendus compte après 7 mois, donc 7 mois que la maison n'était pas protégée correctement!!!). Les erreurs et les oublis peuvent arriver, mais lorsque nous contactons l'entreprise pour en discuter et avoir un geste commercial --> une réponse pas du tout appropriée, aucune compréhension du responsable, un service clientèle plus que désagréable et aucune possibilité de geste commercial en retour. Bref, on ne peut absolument pas compter sur eux, ni sur la qualité des prestations, ni sur leur service après-vente. Nous déconseillons vivement.
 What a desappointment. Everything had started well, we were very happy with the facilities. Unfortunately, a whole series of maintenance errors followed, problems related to their service for which we had to pay supplements to end in apotheosis with the forgetting of the restart of the siren of the alarm after maintenance (we realized after 7 months, therefore 7 months that the house was not properly protected !!!). Mistakes and oversights can happen, but when we contact the company to discuss it and have a commercial gesture -> an inappropriate response at all, no understanding from the manager, more than unpleasant customer service and no possibility of a commercial gesture in return. In short, we can absolutely not count on them, nor on the quality of the services, nor on their after-sales service. We strongly advise against.
