★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht syndicus met echt slechte communicatie en oplossingen voor de eingenaars dat in probleem ziet. Laat altijd de mensen zelf de probleem oplossen en daarna zeggen dat niet een probleem voor syndicus is.
Reageren op mail over 1 mand of zo... belen is niet een optie.
Maar als moet iets betald worden en interes van syndicus is dat krijg jij direct antwoord.
Werken met een ploeg van amateurs, de duurste offerte zoeken en voor minder werk... zo verder...
NIET MEENEMEN ALS SYNDICUS... UW GELD GA OP RAAM GOIEN.
 Bad syndic with really bad communication and solutions for the owners that see the problem. Always let the people solve the problem themselves and then say that is not a problem for the property manager.
Responding to mail about 1 basket or so... calling is not an option.
But if something has to be paid and the property manager is interested, you will receive an immediate answer.
Working with a team of amateurs, looking for the most expensive offer and for less work... so on...
DON'T TAKE WITH YOU AS A SYNDICUS... GET YOUR MONEY ON THE WINDOW.
