★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an adventure store for "everyone". By that I mean they cater to a broad public but the serious adventurers will only find a limited choice.
I was looking for a -20°C down sleeping bag. That's a run-of-the-mill winter sleeping bag. Anyone who's ever done winter camping in the area would want something of that performance to be safe if the weather in the Ardennes turned ugly while out and about. That's something that can happen this time of year. We're beginning of December so winter is here, but they didn't have anything in stock and even recommended to go check out more serious adventure stores.
AS Adventure does get 3 stars because for other season, general hiking, skiing, etc. where they can cater to the masses, they have excellent choices, sometimes even at a fair price.
