This store has a lot, from your basic camping multitool to all kinda sports requirements.
They have qualified personnel, kind and respectful.
And, if they don't know the answer or don't find what you're looking for.
They will try to find a way to help you by searching for it.
Last but not least, when I was present, the personnel has a good time despite the current conditions.
Someone was telling a joke that resulted in a healthy dose of laughter.
This shows that the personnel are at ease and happy to work for their boss.
This said, I'm perfectly aware that this isn't possible at all times. Still, it gives a joy of presence that inspires confidence.
