Résultat : un trou vide à la place d'un insert à bois. What a disappointment !!! A businessman who does not accept his mistakes and, above all, makes no effort to repair his mistakes. De très bon conseil, il n'hésite pas à partager les astuces utiles pour satisfaire le client, même si cela va contre ses propres intérêts (ex. poêle moins cher mais qui convient mieux). C'est chouette de voir qu'il existe encore un vrai professionnel qui travaille pour la qualité et le résultat, non pas pour le superficiel et les apparences. Merci! RARE!!! Prix très raisonnables, livraison impeccable tout comme le service après vente. Et pas de mauvaise surprise avec la facture ! Pas de surcoût parce qu'il a fallu passé une marche.
