★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique culinary experience. You'll just find one member of staff: the chef preparing all meals from his open kitchen. The food was simply superb, which more than adequately makes up for the fact you have to pour the wine and mix your drinks.

Luckily I read some of the reviews about the owner. He's not the most welcoming type (or at least he plays a role of the grumpy chef) which can really feel weird. I can understand when you know him personally but I don't find it very appropriate for new guests.
Anyway, the food was good, incredibly good and original starter as well as the dessert which was excellent too. Everything in between was good.
The menu is excellent value. The drinks however are expensive, the cheapest bottle of wine comes at 32 eur and per glass the price is 7 eur.
You can only pay cash which is a downside in the year 2019.
