★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under Belgian and EU law, businesses are not allowed to charge electronic payment fees to the customer. I tried to use my Visa card to buy something and when I pointed out this .50 cent fee was no longer legal, he didn't care, so I left not buying anything.

The staff are usually friendly and helpful. The shop may look a bit old, but it certainly has more than the basics and will help you out in case of need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service. There is a good choice of accessories for a number of pets. We went for buying all the necessary things for a stray cat that decided to move in our place and we were very happy with the assistance and the suggestion made by the staff. Normally it is calm so you have plenty of time to look around with no pressure. It is easy accessible with car and with public transport. Prices are ok and possibly slightly cheaper than in other pet shops.
