Gezien de wellness door corona toen verboden was is mij meegedeeld dat men flexibel zou omgaan met de geldigheid. We kochten daarom een dure bon om extra te steunen. In september 2021 willen de mensen aan wie we de bon cadeau hebben gegeven deze gebruiken (ze konden niet vroeger aangezien corona veel risico voor hen vertegenwoordigde) en krijgen zij de mededeling dat dit niet meer kan gezien de bon vervallen is wat totaal tegenstrijdig is met de mededeling van december 2020. Pure diefstal en leugens! Wees zeer voorzichtig en vertrouw deze handelaar niet. Very disappointed! Gift card purchased during the December 2020 lockdown to support this local trader. Since the wellness was banned by corona at the time, I was informed that the validity would be flexible. We therefore bought an expensive voucher to provide extra support. In September 2021, the people to whom we gave the voucher as a gift want to use it (they couldn't use it earlier because corona represented a lot of risk for them) and they will be informed that this is no longer possible because the voucher has expired, which is completely contradictory with the December 2020 notice. Pure theft and lies! Be very careful and do not trust this trader.
