On est directement à l'aise durant ses cours, et bien évidemment, le but n'est pas de se casser la figure. La sécurité prime !
J'ai commencé sans aucune connaissance en boxe, et en peu de temps, j'ai beaucoup progressé !

You are immediately at ease during your lessons, and of course, the goal is not to beat yourself up. Safety comes first!
I started without any knowledge of boxing, and in a short time, I have improved a lot!
