Ukrainians and Slovaks work in the warehouse. If the reception does not understand who you are and what you want - report team leader. Usually these guys have better information.

Never received my package and they do not know how to give me proof (signature and name of the person who received it). Very bad service.
Result: more than 50 € stolen by SANEDO.NL and 4PX for a package never delivered. My lawyer is on the spot
