Do not book here. After arriving to the airport, we had to wait for 1h30. We called several times and they were quite rude. If you don’t fit in the van, you’ll have to wait longer ( knowing that there are only 6 seats, it is very likely that you won’t get in the first van that arrives). Just book somewhere else. If I could rate it a 0/5, i would!

I had a very bad experience with this parking place and i really don't recommend it. I will give 0 starts but unfortunately it's not possible. On 4th of may, I arrived to pick my car after holiday, and initially they could not find the car keys and they could not find any record that our car was there (the papers we signed when we dropped the car where no longer available). After 15 mins i decided to walk and search the car. After 2 rounds in the parking place, i realized that indeed the car was not there ( i was hoping this is not true, therefore the second round walking). I returned and explained them one more time how the keys looked like when the remembered the car and strat insisting it is there...we walked together, but it was same brand, but with numbers from a different country. After another round of searching the keys together we found them and we've been told the car is in a different place and the boss will come and bring it, but they had no ideea when...one hour later the car was still not there and the boss was no longer answering the phone. Only afte worning them 3 times that i will call the police and with all the others customers telling they are no longer letting there cars there, one of the employees took the keys and returned with our car in 5 minutes. They haven't apologised and not even said bye-bye. They were rude all those 2 hours and acting as it was our fault...

Do not book here - Made a booking this morning, arrived this afternoon. A minivan driver was just on-site as we arrived. The place has a lot of garbage along the roads, cars without licence plates, a car graveyard... As the minivan driver was insisting us to leave our keys in the car we felt very ought. The mini-van driver knew we didn't take the cancellation policy. So on the request to get my money back he offered to put some gravel in my wallet. Overall very rude and felt very unsafe. In the end put my car on a regular parking space. Price difference only 10euros for a weekend and no waiting for a minivan and very secure.

We had many experiences with parkings in the surroundings of Charleroi and this is by far the worst. First of all, when we arrived at the parking (which is very bad organized, no asphalt , and very poor organization) we were told that there was actually no parking available. Then we had to wait for the driver to come back from the airport with other passengers so they would drive away and we would park in their place. This all took more than 30 minutes already. When we returned , I called directly from the moment we landed and yet they let us wait 40 minutes in the cold before someone came to pick us up. I would NOT recommend it AT ALL!

(!!!) I would not recommend this parking at all! This morning we arrived at 6.45 am and parking entrance was closed. We tried calling the shuttle driver several times, but never received any answer. We waited for about 45’ and in the end, no-one showed up. We were not alone, one customer after the other decided to leave because otherwise we all would have missed our flight. And because of the tight timeframe we were now forced to pay a very expensive parking ticket at the airport (!!!)

WORST PARKING EVER!!! First of all they should put at least some efforts to eliminate pits and huge water puddles at the parking. It was impossible to reach the car after arriving from the airport!! We were waiting for more than 40 minutes in cold to get into the shuttle almost fighting to get the seats. Extremely poor organisation, no respect towards their customers, they speak only French, uselessness sending them any voice messages informing about flight delays. Plus expect to pay to that mafia some cash if your flight has been delayed, they are not going to bother themselves to help you rather to take an advantage of people in frustration. They don't even have cash machine at their place which is kind of suspicious!!

Everything was according to the schedule as ought to be. I came at 5 am, there were staff to confirm my ticket and ID, one of them took my car to the parking spot, in 5 minutes appeared shuttle bus. It wasn't enough space for all my family so in next 5 minutes came another one. The shuttle trip took apprx 7 minutes very fast. After my flight back I called them and in 10 minutes their bus took me and my family. I recommend this parking.

Very unfriendly drivers, no service whatsoever. They ask upfront to leave your flight number and arrival time. They should be aware of how many passengers they have to pick up. There was one for 8 passengers, with more then 30 people waiting. Worst service ever. When you make a remark about the bad service the phona operator refuses to pick you up. We had to use a different number and let somebody else call before the driver came.
